Brief overview of HR Operations
I lead a dynamic team that supports HRIS and is responsible for creating HR Operations and HR Policy Harmonization. My team is accountable for the HR operational and technical landscape at Esterline. I partner with IT and business operations to design, integrate, deliver, and continuously improve all core HR information services and transactions regarding employees. This includes talent acquisition, headcount planning, workforce analytics, talent development, compensation and benefits, performance management and compliance. I am also responsible for advancing policy harmonization work as well as owning the development of an HR operational support model, which includes the establishment of a shared service philosophy and approach to improving the delivery of HR services globally. Current focus is to implement Cloud based HR solutions like Oracle HCM Cloud, Applicant tracking system, performance management system and Learning Management System and develop new ecosystem and manage change & communications.
