Create and coordinate Simonson's marketing projects to reach target audiences in the most cost-effective and state-of-the-art manner, while enhancing top of mind awareness, image and reputation in the Twin Cities and the professional beauty industry.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
•Execute impactful creative solutions which maximize sales and drive positive brand awareness across multiple channels (print, digital, television, radio, events etc). Manage the entire design production process.
•Spokesperson for monthly beauty segment featured on Minnesota-based television show, Twin Cities Live.
•Serve as website producer, ensuring consistency of website content and strategy across digital properties. Regularly audit/update content, functionality and develop strategies to keep content fresh and timely.
•Manage all aspects of email campaign operations, including list management and segmentation, dynamic content. Stay up to date on the latest trends of email marketing and best practices. Continuously optimize email strategies to drive higher returns including A/B testing of subject lines, message content, images, offers, mailing frequency, segments and more.
•Refine SEO strategy to increase organic rankings and regularly update online listings and website meta-tags with relevant and conversion-oriented content.
•Create timely reports analyzing all marketing efforts and effectively communicate insights to the team.
•Identify media buying opportunities, optimize strategy and manage spending. Maintain vendor relationships as part of negotiating and optimizing campaigns.
•Write compelling press releases and act as a press agent to circulate and create brand awareness. Maintain relationships and keep business partners up-to-date on upcoming features.
•Manage and develop day-to-day thoughtful and engaging content (Facebook, Twiiter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube etc.)
