I have 33 Years of Nursing experience primarily in the ambulatory setting of a hospital based surgical services department. Clinical Nurse Manager since 2012 for Outpatient Surgery, Pre-anesthesia Teaching and Testing, Post Anesthesia Care Unit and the Surgical Extended Recovery / 23 hour unit. I am responsible for 80 direct report evaluations, hiring and managing of employees and discipline. Also responsible for patient satisfaction and quality initiatives in the surgical services division. I previously worked as a staff nurse throughout the health system.
