With the advent of hybrid cardiac space in the Cardiovascular Service Line we are seeing an increase utilization of this space for purely Vascular/Endovascular procedures. At what point does a hybrid space change to an OR space? Dose this change in practice affect your ability to charge for procedures, as a facility, that where just up until recently being performed in the OR suite. Finally, other than the obvious improvement in imaging, do you prefer to work in the OR suits or the Cardiovascular space?
